What Information Does VI Collect?
Most data VI collects is used only to help VI provide better service and to explore service opportunities. From General Users VI does not collect any personal information from users browsing its Web site. Users to the public areas of VI’s Web site browse anonymously. From VI Newsletter sign up and Other Users.
For emails sent in HTML format by VI to its subscribers through its electronic newsletters, VI will collect specific information regarding what the recipient does with that email. For those emails, VI will monitor whether a recipient subsequently clicks through to links provided in the message. Other information collected through this tracking feature includes: email address of a user, the date and time of the user's "click," a message number, name of the list from which the message was sent, tracking URL number and destination page. VI only uses this information to enhance its services. This information is not sold or distributed in any other manner.

VI Services. Generally, VI uses data collected to improve its own Web content; to respond to users' interests, needs and preferences; and to develop new services.
Disclosures to Third Parties. On occasion, VI may provide limited data to third parties that offer development services. This limited data can include names, job titles, companies and business addresses, but does not include business phone numbers by contacting VI at 503.928-4770 to express their preferences if they determine later that they do not wish to have the information shared.
